Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. The service

Face AI America gives you an automated facial analysis and AI-generated previews of hairstyles, hair colors, facial hair and eye colors. Previews are illustrations created by AI. They are not medical, cosmetic or professional advice and are not a guarantee of how a real change will look.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission.

2. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time from the Privacy page or by emailing hello@faceaiamerica.com.

3. Prices, credits and payments

Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout; sales tax may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

The Full Report and credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are used to create AI previews, do not expire while your account is open, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Starter and Pro plans renew automatically every month or every year at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel anytime with "Manage or cancel subscription" in your account. After you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and no further charges are made. You keep the credits you already received.

5. Refunds

Because previews and reports are digital content delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, we will make it right in these cases:

• If a preview fails because of a technical problem on our side, the credit is returned to your account.
• If you were charged twice, charged after canceling, or charged for something you did not receive, email hello@faceaiamerica.com within 30 days and we will refund the charge.
• Full Report: email hello@faceaiamerica.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it in full if (a) your report could not be generated or delivered, or (b) a technical problem on our side prevented you from using it.
• We may, at our discretion, consider other refund requests.
• Nothing in these terms limits any refund or consumer rights you have under the laws of your country, state or province.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, images of minors, or photos of other people without their consent; do not try to bypass payments, credits or security, overload the service, or copy it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content

You keep the rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may use the previews created for you for personal purposes.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material changes will be shown on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, except where your local law requires otherwise. Questions: hello@faceaiamerica.com.
